How texting opt-in works
People reach Alchemy Group through our own ads on Facebook and Instagram. The ad opens our form, which asks for name, phone number, state and the cover they are interested in. Before sending it, they see the screen below.
Your permission to contact you
By ticking the first box and tapping Submit, you agree that AB Gear LLC, doing business as Alchemy Group, and its licensed agents may call you at the number you gave about life insurance. This includes calls placed with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, including voicemails. You do not have to agree to buy anything. You can ask us to stop at any time. Calls may be recorded. Privacy Policy: alchemy-dial-live.vercel.app/privacy. Texting Terms: alchemy-dial-live.vercel.app/texting-terms.
The first text
Right after someone ticks the texting box, they get this message:
Alchemy Group: You're signed up for texts about your life insurance request and policy. Up to 10 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. HELP for help, STOP to end.
What this means
- The texting box is separate from the calling box.
- It is optional and never ticked for you. The form sends without it.
- Texting is not a condition of buying anything.
- Only people who tick it get texts.
- The first text confirms the sign-up and repeats our name, how often we text (up to 10 messages a month), that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or stop.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
- We do not share or sell phone numbers or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
Read our Texting Terms and Privacy Policy.
