Alchemy Dial is where Alchemy Group trains new life insurance agents, and where its licensed agents do their work: calls, texts, appointments and sales, from one app, with the rest of the team beside them.

What it is
- Learn. Six short lessons on how people buy life insurance and how to talk to them.
- Get licensed. A coach walks you through the exam and your first states.
- Dial with the floor. Once you are licensed and contracted, you call and text people who asked us about life insurance, with a dialer, a team goal and people cheering your first sale.
What it costs
One monthly subscription, $129 a month, paid from day one, before and after you are licensed. It covers your training, coaching and the tools. First month back if you're not licensed within 30 days of your first payment, after finishing the XCEL course and passing 3 XCEL practice exams. The calls and texts you use come on top. We never take a share of your sales.
What we don't promise
We don't promise income. What you earn depends on your work, your licence and the people you talk to.
How we treat the people we call
We only call and text people who asked us about life insurance and agreed to hear from us. We check the Do Not Call registry, follow calling hours, and stop straight away when someone asks. Read our Privacy Policy and Texting Terms.
